About me

My name is Malte Goesche. I'm yet another European in the San Francisco Bay Area. I moved here in May 2009, got married to my lovely longterm girlfriend Klara and it looks like I will stay here for a bit.

In the summer I started working for Talenthouse down in Mountain View. Talenthouse is a platform providing opportunities to the world’s creative community – a place to participate in unique projects with artists and brands, collaborate, gain recognition and compensation. I help with a lot of different stuff there, but business development does a good job of summarizing it.

Back in Germany I cofounded a start-up called iliketotallyloveit.com with three swell people. The site allows users to publish and share products which they find cool, innovative, exceptionally beautiful, or just weird with the public and vote on them. If you ever want to browse through an eclectic selection of exciting items, have a look. You might enjoy it a lot.

I studied American and Cultural Studies at the University of Bremen, Germany and at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Prior to my studies I spent some time living and working in London, England.
